The 42-year-old actress looked picture-perfect with her voluminous mane and strappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels on the front page. For the inside shot, Tina Fey was so hot in a red dress and matching heels. During the interview with the mag, the "30 Rock" star also shared everything from keeping humor in her daily life to handling criticism.
