Ashley Benson headed out for a leisurely lunch with a friend in West Hollywood on Saturday (February 2). After having just come from the gym, the 23-year-old actress left to her own devices before her mystery man finally showed up for their lunch date and then gave him a meaty hug upon their greeting. Perhaps, the "Pretty Little Liars" star was feeling the chill as she was dressed for a workout in a skimpy exercise gear consisting of a blue vest, black leggings and bright pink trainers as she made her way back to her car. That morning actress also tweeted, "Love starting my day with a great workout."
