Vanessa Hudgens hit the gym with her younger sister and some friends in West Hollywood on Tuesday (February 26, 2013). The 24-year-old actress sported a black jacket, purple scarf and big black Uggs boots. The High School Musical sensation tried to keep herself hydrated with a water bottle, lounging in the sun like a happy kitten.
